Our goal is to help you identify the root causes, learn how to fix them, and become independent. We do this through an intensive 8-week online (outpatient) program.
For most people, our program is enough. They experience fewer compulsive sexual behaviors, greater self-compassion, stronger attachment, and improved relationship satisfaction with their partner.
For others, this experience will result in as much growth as six months of therapy. They might continue to work with another therapist afterwards.
The program consists of:
A comprehensive assessment process. It'll help uncover underlying emotional pain, trauma, or unmet needs driving the addiction. And it'll form the basis of your customized recovery plan.
One-on-one therapy with CSAT therapist Rob Terry. Rob will tailor your treatment using his extensive training and experience to find what truly works for you.
Small group sessions. (But only if you're comfortable with this.) The group uses research-based best practices to break the isolation and secrecy that fuel addiction. You'll get support and perspective that make healing easier than doing it on your own.
Daily self-therapy through our online learning portal with videos and exercises based on proven therapy methods. The portal includes 30 videos (10 hours of content) and 500 slides, all custom-designed by Rob for an impactful healing experience.
You'll need to commit an average of 1 hour per day during the program to ensure the best chance of long-term recovery.

Hi, I'm Rob.
For 20 years, I was trapped in a cycle of sex addiction. I tried to manage it but I couldn't find lasting change.
That was until I let go of the fight and pursued real healing. It was the beginning of meaningful recovery and sent me in a direction I'd not expected: helping others with the same challenges.
I started as a porn and sex addiction recovery coach hoping to share what had worked for me.
But, many of my clients were dealing with deep-rooted issues. They needed specialized care. So I took advanced training in counseling and trauma-focused therapy to better meet their needs.
I combine the analytical and evidence-based discipline from my background in business and IT consulting with my own experience as an addict, and my training. The combination has helped me support my clients as they work to become the people they want to be.
